Survived by his wife of 49 years, Ann Koep; their daughters Andrea Koep Higares and Trina Van Cott (Cameron), their grandchildren Angelina, Annabella, Audrina Higares, Logan and Mason Van Cott. His brother Dean Koep (Alma) of Galt, CA; sisters Lori Becker (Eddie) of Kansas City, MO and Kelly Pharr (Dave) of Edmond, OK. And too many nieces and nephews to list!! He was predeceased by his parents, Andy and Jean Koep.

Todd worked many years for Raychem and then various other jobs throughout the years. Most recently (pre-covid) he drove for Lyft and enjoyed talking to all the people he would drive to their various destinations. More important than any job - Todd was a loving husband and father and grandfather. He was kind hearted and generous, an all-around good guy. Anyone who knew him or even just met him, loved him. He just had that type of personality and calm demeanor. Born and raised Catholic, he was strong in his faith up to the very end. He knew where he was going and was only saddened to leave all of us.
