Thomas Oscar Quillen (Tom, Tommy, Pastor) was born April 11, 1943 in Hayward, California to Oscar and Zelma Quillen. He was raised in Hayward and graduated from Tennyson High School in 1961. Tom married Iva Williams in 1963, and remained in Hayward where they raised their family.

Tom was an Ordained Minister and pastored Hayward Full Gospel Temple for 39 years. Here, he also started Mission Ministries, an outreach program for men and women addicted to drugs and alcohol. Tom dedicated his life to the Ministry and leading individuals to the Lord. He worked as a Chaplain for the last 5 years with several Hospice Facilities in the area. Tom was an avid sports fan and enjoyed rooting for all the Bay Area teams, especially his beloved San Francisco Giants.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Iva Quillen; his three daughters, Robin (Johnnie) Hernandez, Jeanna (Brian) Camozzi and Sarah (John) Muse; his 7 grandchildren, Jacob Hernandez, Aeryk (Alyssa) Hernandez, Robert (Mikaela) Camozzi, Austin (Sabrina) Muse, Travis (Alyssa) Muse, Hailey Camozzi and Brianna Camozzi and 5 great grandchildren; his sisters Charlotte Mallory and Connie Fragoza and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Zelma Quillen, his sister Terry Ellis and brother-in-law, Sam Mallory.
