Obituary For Raymond Gilham
Dearly beloved husband of 36 years to Sabrina. Adoring father of only son, Alexander, and daughter-in-law, Nadine. Loving Son of Mother Lenore and Father Quentin. Doting brother of Andrea, Misty, Josh, and John. Devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Josie. He will be greatly missed by his in-laws: Gar, Dolly, Natalie, and Lester.
Born and Raised in Browning, Montana on the Blackfeet Reservation. Ray was proud to be Native American. He moved to the Bay Area in the 1980s, during which he met his wife and had a son in 1992. He worked as an ophthalmologist technician. In his free time, he was an avid fan of many sports and local teams such as Raiders, A’s, Giants, and the Golden State Warriors. There was never a dull moment because he loved to talk and laugh with family and friends, whether it be about family, sports, or politics. At home, he loved to experiment and create new delicious recipes for his family and son’s friends. He cherished his faith and believed in God, Love, and Forgiveness. He will be missed dearly by all of us.
