Obituary For Lois Jarman

Lois was born on October 30th, 1932. The youngest of 9 children born to Francis Elmer and La Vera De St. Jeor. She married Monte Jarman August 25th, 1955 in the Salt Lake Temple in Utah. After moving to Fremont in 1959, she raised 4 children while keeping busy taking care of every one that crossed her path. She was an avid quilter and believer in the philosophy that the one in the end with the most fabric WINS.

She was an active member in the local chapter of Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Glenmoor Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Lois had a big heart and would help others when ever possible. In the end, it was her heart that failed her and on March 12, 2015 she returned to her Heavenly Father and all those in her family that went before her.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Monte Jarman; daughters: Sheri Congrave (Tom) of Stockton, and Lisa Jarman of Fremont; sons: Craig Jarman (Leisa) of Fremont, and Scott Jarman (Shonna) of Wells, NV; and brother: Max De St. Jeor of Orem, UT. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son Stephen Jarman.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Centerville/Glenmoor Ward), 38134 Temple Way, Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA.

    Thank you for sending me the touching obituary, and thank you to Lois for loving me like a son. I truly think of her as a second mother. I've never known someone with more unconditional love in there heart. She was loved by many, and she'll be missed by many!
