South 880, exit Thornton Avenue East (left) in Fremont, continue down Thornton (7 stop lights) until you get to Fremont Blvd. Turn right at the first stop light; turn left onto Peralta Blvd. We are at 3723 Peralta Blvd. on your left hand side just as you go around the curve in the road.

Directions to Fremont Memorial Chapel from Milpitas/San Jose
North 880, exit Mowry Avenue East, continue down Mowry until you get to Fremont Blvd. Turn left, continue down until you get to Peralta Blvd. Turn right onto Peralta Blvd. We are at 3723 Peralta Blvd. on the left hand side just as you go around the curve in the road.

Directions to Fremont Memorial Chapel from Livermore, Pleasanton/Sacramento Area
580 to 680 South, take Mission Blvd./Hayware Hwy 238, turn right on Mission Blvd. Proceed 3.3 miles or eight stop lights to Mowry Ave. Turn left on Mowry, 3 stop lights to Peralta Blvd. We are 1.25 miles down on the right hand side.

There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building

Turn right onto Peralta Blvd. when leaving parking lot. Turn left at Dusterberry St. to Central Ave. Turn right on Central to Blacow Road. Turn left on Blacow to Grimmer Blvd. Turn left on Grimmer and right onto Irvington Ave. The cemetery/crematory entrance is on the left hand side.
